The Studio

Located in the beautiful Oliver neighbourhood just west of Downtown and overlooks the River Valley.  Core Strength Pilates studio is in Evolve Strength Downtown, just off 124 Street. 124 Street is know for independent restaurants, art galleries and boutique shopping.
